Improper diet can cause hair loss lack of nutrient can lead to hair loss.Lack of protein can cause hair shedding .Not enough iron can lead to hair loss and hair shedding and hair thinning .Not getting enough vitamin b and biotin can lead to hair loss ,hair thinning and hair shedding. A lot of high sugar and process foods can contribute to hair loss. A improper diet can also lead to scalp issues such as dry scalp and dandruff or oily scalp which can hinder hair growth and lead to hair loss.Hormonal imbalance poor diet can contribute to weight gain and affect hair growth.Also not consuming enough water can affect the moisture and health of your hair dehydrated and hair can become dry and brittle .Leading to breakage all these things play a big role in our hair growth .
